This Privacy Notice applies to personal data we collect from you both offline (e.g., in showrooms, events, call centers) and online (e.g., email, social media, websites, applications). This includes data collected via the Smart Reward Application and other mobile applications, as well as any communication between you and us.

• Phone Number: To contact you for service-related communication or updates.

1.2 Location Data

• Approximate Location: Used to provide region-specific services.
• Precise Location: Required for certain app features, such as navigation or personalized recommendations, only with your explicit consent.

1.3 Device Information

• Device IDs: Unique device identifiers, including hardware or software identifiers, used to ensure proper app functionality and security, and to customize the user experience.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect, use, and process your personal data for the following purposes, based on various legal grounds, including your consent, compliance with contracts, and legitimate interests:

• Providing Products and Services: To fulfill product and service requests, facilitate transactions, and support after-sales services.
• Customer Relationship Management: To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
• Location-Based Services: To enable app features that require location data, such as navigation or nearby service recommendations, with your consent.
• Marketing and Promotions: To send information about promotions, special offers, or new products, subject to your explicit consent.
• Security and Fraud Prevention: To verify user identity, detect, prevent fraud, and ensure security and compliance with laws.
• Business Analysis: To analyze how our services are used, enhance performance, and improve our offerings.

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases:

• With Your Consent: We will share your data with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to do so for specific purposes.
• Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who assist us in providing services, such as cloud hosting, app analytics, and customer support.

6. Canceling Membership and Data Deletion

If you choose to cancel your membership, our application provides a "Cancel Membership" feature. When you select this option, we will immediately deactivate your user data by calling the relevant API. After deactivation, your personal data will be retained in our system for 90 days, during which it will not be accessible for general use but will be available for purposes such as legal compliance or fraud prevention. After the 90-day period, your data will be permanently removed from our systems unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

We may transfer your data to affiliates or service providers located outside Thailand, such as Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. in Japan. If personal data is transferred to countries with lower data protection standards, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. When changes are made, we will post the updated Privacy Notice and update the "Last Updated" date. In cases of material changes, we may notify you directly or seek your consent if required by law.
